Bill Martin Sr. founded the New England Shoe Outlet in 1956 after earning a purple heart and serving his country faithfully as a Marine in both World War II and Korea. He opened the shoe store in Quantico, VA to provide discount footwear to the U.S. Marines, their dependants, and others in the area.
At the start of the business, many of the shoes and styles of the time came from New England, and the name stuck. After he passed away in 1996, his son, Bill Martin Jr., took over the store while keeping the long standing family tradition learned from his father to provide products at discount prices and maintain repeat customers.
Bill ran the store largely by himself since taking over, but added
Nathan White as webmaster in January 2004 and store manager in June 2005.
In April 2006 we hired Jessica as an in-store sales associate to assist
our walk-in customers. Amanda came on-board in August to give internet
customers a dedicated representative to ensure a smooth ordering process.
Amanda will more than likely be the voice you hear if you call us.
For nearly 50 years the business has been run by one person - now as we have
expanded to four employees, we still hold dear to the customer service
principles handed down by the late Mr. Martin.
We are always open to suggestions, questions, comments, complaints... anything.
We also specialize in large orders for military, police, and other uniform purposes. Please call us for more information at 1-877-774-2668(BOOT).
All of our boots are marked as low as possible. We provide low prices and free shipping because we value our customers. We aim to please
and welcome any inquiries that you may have. If you have any questions, call us or email us at CustomerService at QuanticoBoot.com
