We have two friendly full-time customer service representatives that will quickly answer your phone calls and emails. We believe a real-live person from here in the United States should answer your call, not some robot or someone based overseas. If you get the voice mail during business hours it means we're on the other line. Leave a message and we will call back as soon as we can!

Note: If you are local and wish to call the store on the weekends for availability or any other questions, please call 703.640.6360. We will make every effort to answer the phone on the weekend, but our first priority is for our in-store customers. We hope you understand. Internet Customer Service hours begin at 10:00am eastern on Mondays, and of course you can always email! :)

Our website is 100% secure. For accuracy reasons, we encourage you to order your boots over the internet unless you have a rather large order. Ordering them through the internet is the fastest way to get the boots to you and significantly decreases any errors in their shipment.

We're constantly striving to provide the best customer service possible. We just hired a new employee whose sole purpose is to assist our web customers. If you are not satisfied, we promise we will seek the most fair and quickest solution.

Because we strive to offer the lowest prices possible, we cannot offer discounts for orders of 5 or less pairs. Thank you for business!
